BEST FRIENDS
As the sun has been shining wonderfully for the past couple of days, I think it's time for a summery number. Best Friends are 4-piece from Sheffield that have recently signed to my favourite indie label, Art Is Hard. They make fuzzy, lo-fi punk noise with a nostalgic edge to it. If The Drums decided to put some distortion on their guitars and be a bit less pretentious, they would probably sound like this. If you head over to their bandcamp you can listen to a shit load of great songs from two E.P's. My personal favourite is this song 'Wasting Time', which has been stuck in my head for bloody weeks.
