After tuning into some late night 6Music a little while ago, my ears were rattled by the stomping bass and piercing guitar on the track 'Mubu' by this here band Arcs. What I like most about this band is that they don't focus too heavily on the vocals (to say the least, as this song only features five different words), they instead put all of their efforts into creating loud grungy music which keeps building up to reach an inevitable crashing ending. They're a band that are really exciting me at the moment and I suggest that after listening to this song, you get over to their band camp where you can download three tracks for free. Oh, and they're all absolute belters.
